How trade works
Quote, confirm, deliver.
We buy direct from the manufacturer in Hat Yai, so you are not paying a middleman's margin on top of ours. What we hold ships within about five working days. Anything we do not joins the next purchase order out of Thailand, which takes up to four weeks. We tell you which it is when we quote, before you commit.

Build it above and send it on WhatsApp. We reply the same day with a quotation and tell you what is on the shelf.
Confirm the order
Quantities and prices are fixed on confirmation. Stocked lines are picked straight away.
We source the rest
Anything not in stock is brought in on the next purchase order from Hat Yai. Freight and clearing are already in your quoted price.
Delivered to you
Doorstep delivery anywhere in Singapore, in about five working days for stocked lines. Payment on delivery, Net 30 for institutional buyers.

Pricing
Quoted per piece in Singapore dollars, landed and delivered. No separate freight line to argue about later. Prices hold for the shipment cycle you confirm into, and are rebased if the baht moves materially.
Payment
Payment on delivery as standard. Net 30 available to community clubs, schools and corporate buyers on request. Bank transfer or PayNow to the company UEN.
Lead time
About five working days for anything we hold, and up to four weeks for anything we bring in for you. We confirm which applies when we quote. Tell us your event date early and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.
Goods
Supplied as manufactured and packed in Thailand, with the original Thai FDA registrations and manufacturer labelling intact. Wholesale supply only. Buyers are responsible for compliance with the requirements that apply to their own channel.
